Pyramid Catering Equipment's Graeme Marshall has spent over 25 years working within the catering industry. After whetting his appetite working as a commis chef in his local Carvery he successfully completed an HND in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management at Torquay College.

On leaving college he held various operational positions including restaurant and pub manager, bars manager and head chef working for Whitbread, Wolverhampton and Dudley Brewery and finally Scottish and Newcastle before being appointed as Chef Instructor for the Chef and Brewer Group within S&N. 

After holding the position of Design and Catering Equipment Manager with Scottish and Newcastle Graeme decided to cross to the other side and work for a catering equipment distributor. It was there that he was able to combine his vast experience of the operational side of catering with kitchen design and equipment specification.
