Tasked with putting together a complete package including designing and supplying the kitchen and prep room then project managing the installation, Pyramid Catering Equipment teamed up with our friends at Clean Air Systems to put together a comprehensive proposal. Once the plans were agreed and our quotation was accepted we set about planning the development to include wall cladding, safety flooring, suspended ceilings with lighting in addition to supplying and installing all equipment, stainless steel fabrication and extraction. Faced with very low ceilings and an extremely tight 6 week programme we commenced the fit out in January 2017 and were completed by the end of February in time for the planned official opening in early March.
