Being in the middle of Oxford come with its own challenges when considering designing a kitchen. Extraction is a particular problem. Foer the George Street Social this was not an issue as Pyramid Catering Equipment recommended the use of 2 No. Rational Combination ovens with built-in Ultravent self-extracting hood. With fantastic training and support from rational and some ingenious menu choices by Vincent Glouton (Executive Chef) we were able to produce a kitchen that not only works well in a very small space but eliminated the need for a costly extraction system
